I have HOWEVER seen a car jump out of a parking garage in many a movie.

None were seen climbing ladders.

This would be a great stunt show thing.

Well, I accidentally posted while my wife was still signed in, but here's my post:

Poncho1973,

Uh, no one is laughing and no one thinks that post is clever. I also thought your original post to Married@WDW was a little harsh. I wouldn't ask you to apologize, however, That's up to you. Your last post was ridiculous. Way to be mature.

Those cars must have some monster suspension set ups, and i don't know if they just used another car wih a reversed gearbox, but the clips I've seen show the red car going as fast in reverse as forward.

I suggest you read Janes Armoured Fighting Vehicles, youll find that this chassis and gear box is probably from a French tank. They are after all second only to the Itallians in moving backwards quickly.

Troo, the Itallians do have a tank that will do 70mph in reverse.

I seriously doubt that they would build special cars for this, with the way they have been slashing budgets for attractions,I don't see them doing this, other than modifing an existing chassie or vehicle, aside from the required safety equiptment

Pretty much any vehicle would have to be specially built. No standard car would be able to hold up to the number of jumps etc that these cars would be expected to do.

yep even if it was a Military Hummer I dont think that it would last that many times a year!

Maybe i miss what your saying. But a driving show is behind the scenes. Do you not get to see the behind the scenes working of the techniques of driving in the movies?
Sorry if I wasn't exactly clear. In my post, I was specifically thinking at the time of watching shows getting filmed. Like the walkthrough where the Millionaire show is now. And in way when you can look in on the animation studios.

I definitely will enjoy the stunt show. I agree that is behind the scenes just not the way I was thinking at that moment. I also enjoy other behind the scenes stuff like the scene shops etc. :D

that's not something that's really within Disney's Control... I mean, Florida ended up being a dud in regards to its aspirations of becoming Hollywood East. More and more people are shooting in Canada, Australia, and North Carolina.. and less and less are choosing FL. They should use the room for something, rather than letting it sit there. Plus, if they need the facilities bad enough, soundstages ain't the most expensive structures to build.
True, but I still don't have to happy with it
