Snowflake background

this festive snowflake background is causing my PC's cpu to be at 100% and thus preventing anything else from running.

is this effecting anyone else??

I'm having to reload pages more than usual, and it's a tad slower,but otherwise OK.

It makes my cursor very slow and takes me forever to click on anything because the cursor never turns into the "little hand"!!

aaaawwwww... Steve.... don´t get sad (or mad)... I liked it and thought it was cute, but after many attempts of posting and having to wait long times for my cursor to work, it became less cute and less nice.... but thank you very much! The forums looked real cute! seriously!:animwink:

Thumbs up for the snowflakes.....yeah, it slowed my 6 year old PC down too but a small sacrifice for a few days of cyber snow...besides, I'm so full of hot air, most of the flakes melted before they affected me...

I dont mean to add to the negativity about your snowflakes, but as a
Mac user I have to go into my browser settings and disable javascript just to view your page since the snowflakes have been added.

Otherwise the page wont load at all and the snowflakes just kind of make big black streaks on my screen.

just thought you should know from a mac users POV, otherwise keep up the great work!

I know it's a bit late, but my pc in work and at home worked fine with the snowflakes.

Same here Marky! Some members complained about it slowing them up which made Steve cry and last I heard Eeyore was still holding him in comfort!:animwink:

From what i hear, that was just a ploy to have Eeyore hold him though....hehe
