We got over two feet of snow her in Lancaster, PA. And suprisingly enough I didn't see too many Amish horse & buggies out this morning. :hammer: I don't see how they manage in this weather with no electricity or running water.

So what are you waiting for, you should just blow it all away.......we were supposed to be open today and they closed the office (thank God!!) now I would like to see them close it tomorrow also. It's bad here. My son just said it's up to his waist and he's 21 years old. Anyway, I work in Melville but I live in Valley Stream,,,,,,,,,,,how about youo

we topped the list yesterday on the CBS news with 30 inches of snow (this on top of the 2 feet we already had!!! The kids have been home for 5 days now and I'm gonna scream. This is the first year in recent memory that we haven't spent the long weekend in WDW... How dumb am I!? Friends are still there cause they couldn't get home.

Where in NY did you get 30 inches? It must be upstate because two feet down here is more then we can handle......the only good thing out of it was our job closed for the last two days and we had a wonderful 4 day weekend to just relax.....how often do you get to do that!

We are about 50 miles north of the city in beautiful (but not right now!) Orange County. If anyone knows Woodbury Commons (factory outlet) I'm about 5 mins away. (exit 16 on the Thruway)

no fair!

Send some of that snow to Colorado! We are in the middle of a drought and we need water down here really bad. We haven't had a decent snow or rain for months!! :)

I'd be more than happy to send you some. It is going to get near 40 degrees in the next few days and we are expecting rain on Friday! Headlines in today's paper warn of flooding. We have been in a drought with water restrictions for the past few summers and I don't want to hear that word again. The spring runoff is going to be murder. We live at the bottom of a hill and we always get flooded. Twice the road was washed out and we had to be rescued by the local Vol firemen. God bless them all..(hubby included)
