She did say she did not have good reception in L&D. Maybe that's it...

Hi Jo..and everyone else..and Susan thanks for the compliment on Maggies pic yesterday..
I am sure Steph and baby are okay..they are probably monitoring her and the baby and having her rest as much as possible..I am sure they are going to be fine..
I think he is a really good weight and she is far enough along that he will be okay if he comes early..

Just wanted to let you know that I haven't heard from Steph or her DH yet. I think she was about 8 weeks behind me so she is probably 32-33 weeks.

Well, she was due late June/early July right? that would put her around 32 weeks or so, I would guess.
Yes!!! Of course, I do have summer classes starting Mon.

I remember very well how I felt with all my bed rest and when Corey came early I didn't know what to do. I know things are a whole lot better nowadays.

There is so much they can do these days it is amazing..and she got the steroid shots so his lungs should be good..and he is a good weight..I know they send NICU babies home when they reach a bit over 4lbs..Maggie came home at 5lbs.

That's encouraging.
A friend of mine delivered about a month early but her little guy was 8 lbs. Still had to stay about a week and a half in the NICU. He's absolutely perfect though, of course, and completely healthy now! One of my favorite little kiddos!Corey was a little bigger. His lungs kept collapseing.
The little prince will be fine. I know it.:sohappy:
