Hell, yes.I still say they should take the whole thing offline and replace Ellen and Bill with these guys.
Sadly I could see that happening. Wish it would happen over DinoRama but I digress.Ehh whatever, it'll just end up getting a good dinosaur overlay anyways

Snake gone, Ellen animatronic gone, doors not working, no fog or water effects at all, no curtains.Reports of multiple effects not working this week in the attraction.
Before I can check, can anyone verify it?
I'm just going with the option that would be the least offensive to the surrounding theme (imo). Plus it would be a good way to add an all ages dark ride to the park. All this talk is pointless now though since we don't even have a trailer for the movie yet. A better idea would be a reimagining of DinoLand so a ride about the extinct Mammals (Mammoths, Saber-Toothed Tigers etc.) could be included. But now it seems we would be going on an imagineering tangent away from the topic at hand, so let's not go too far down that road.I just don't know how they could fit it into AK. I could see them tying in Uoe with the agricultural stuff from the movie, but idk how they could fit it into AK since in the movie the dinosaurs didn't die out.
One water effect still works, the guy that spits on you. Clearly remember that from my last ride.Snake gone, Ellen animatronic gone, doors not working, no fog or water effects at all, no curtains.
Basically no special effects left besides a few animatronics.

I sure as hell hope not. First Maelstrom now UoE? Will Disney not stop till they've removed all that I loved about Epcot as a child?!?!?! (I was big on Dinosaurs). Spaceship Earth would be next at that paceIt sounds like its on its way out, is that what they are trying and hoping for?

I know, but the first half is still great and I do find the new ending a bit humorous if anything. Still miss the old descent though. That already sorta kinda happened as far as Im concerned with the travesty of the unfinished descent.
Best show on Adult Swim in a long time! And strangely enough, I could see this working... in an alternate universe where WDW is an adults only resort.I still say they should take the whole thing offline and replace Ellen and Bill with these guys.
Ellen has been on their To-Do list for years. It has a good sized footprint and isn't overly popular, so I'm surprised that they've kept it around as long as they have.
It also just makes me feel old.
