Hey all, one of the guys from the Hi-Liter crew sent me these pics to share with WDWMagic. All I've done is resized them, otherwise they've been untouched.
Awesome pics. I'm just surprised that theres dirt/mud there. I think its fair to assume that there was a "floor" before the rehab. So did they just rip out the entire floor? Was the floor built on compacted dirt? Is there a substantial foundation for the building?
That's just plain freaky. I can't believe they dug up foundation. I know they are changing the loading area but they must have had to reroute the canal in order to do that. DIRT? I would have thought that foundation was 18-24" thick but now I don't think so judging by the depth of the mural.
After the rehab will there be anything from the original ride left :veryconfu Cause from those photos it looks like they are starting again from scratch :king:
Spring 2005, I don't think they have an exact date yet because it appears they are doing A LOT of work, and we know how Eisner is allowing the flow of money these days.
Wow, even I underestimated the size of this rehab. I'm really excited to see what it will finally look like after the rehab. I have my fingers crossed for new advanced AAs for the dolls! :sohappy:
You can almost always see through those doors in which you speak. I was able to see thorugh them when I went in early June, but there was nothing really happening with the queue are yet.
