I have just returned home from a week in the World and can also confirm that happenings at the Hat. I saw many characters there the day i was at MGM and at times the Hat Pin Shop was literally crawlings with characters. I guess they like to shop for Pins too!! Ha ha!!

You can tell when the characters are there whenever you hear the hip versions of Disney songs playing over the loudspeakers in that area. When you do, get yer booty to the Hat fast as the characters swtich out often. I was there for a short time and saw several characters, often in pairs or tripled which was great! I can't remember seeing this before, except Chip and Dale or Lilo with Stitch.

Here's who i saw a few days ago making the rounds at the MGM Hat: Chicken Little, Donald Duck, Lilo with Stitch, Mary Poppins together with Bert AND a Penguin ( very cool!), Prince John and Friar Tuck, Goofy with Minnie, Jafar, and The Evil Queen ( love her cape with the fur fringe..is this new?).

I like the pairing up of the characters a lot. It makes for some great photo ops. I bet i'm not the only one liking this!

I was so thrilled about Clarice coming out, words cannot describe! I'm not sure what possessed them to add her as a meet'n'greet character, probably because of the popularity of Chip'n'Dale as meet'n'greets.
She's a chipmunk lounger singer, how cool is that?

Clarice should be moving into ToonTown relatively soon, with Chip/Dale, Goofy, and Clarice in one room.

Have you tried China at Epcot? She is there a lot.

We saw her at Epcot back in Feb. She was standing off to the side. It was kind of sad because nobody was going up to her (I hadn't seen Mulan at the time and I didn't realize she was a character). She was wearing the pretty outfit w/ the umbrella.
