I think the placeholder in the front seat during testing was a water dummy. I assume there will be a live person in the front pretending to drive the vehicles and giving spiel.

Which also raises the question "if they put a water dummy in the driver's seat why not in the passenger seats?"

Hiya all! Got a new video and blog post. The video shows some of the fire effects in action. I only caught it for a few seconds before they turned it off though. I also got some footage of the interior "blackout" doors opening and shutting on the temple gate. Check it out along with some of the photo highlights below.
That's all for now, more pics on the blog post. They never seem to be testing the vehicles when I show up but I'm hoping to catch that on video eventually. Please feel free to subscribe to my YouTube page as I plan on posting lots more Kong videos over the next couple months until opening day!

Gosh.. i hope they're all AA (Drivers and the explorers). I dont like live actors. Theres always bad actors that really ruins the experience (for me) and the sound.. ugh.. always so bad, super hard to hear what they are saying.... Especially for us foreigners.. its REALLY hard to understand the english with those bad microphones or speakers or whatever it is that makes it bad. Like The Great Movie Ride... awful.. i can never understand what they are saying (much like Jungle Cruise)
I think it would be awesome if it was all AA and pre-recorded so it would be easier to hear

I can only assume they will use Kong 360:3D elements in this ride. How do they explain the 3D glasses to fit into the story. Put on your Kong goggles? LolView attachment 134059 But considering they have these.. I'm pretty sure the sound (from the actors) will suck
