Was watching an episode of the Simpsons from 2003 that i tivo'd last night. They went to "Epcot Center". It was too funny. Out of all the shows that have done a Disney episode think this may be the funniest espically (sp) since not one thing was as it really is. Must say i laugh my ... off

That is one of my favorite episodes. I especially like the ending where Homer tries to jump the fence to the Magic Kingdom :lol: !

Just to clarify, the Simpson's went to EFCOT Center (which is ofcourse a parody of EPCOT). My favorite part was the Enron stock roller coaster.

Just watched the Family Guy episode the other day where Peter takes Stewie to WDW. I think the Captain EO part was one of the best in that episode.

Great clip - Considering that the clip is from 2003 - someone must have been quite the Horizons fan who worked on this episode - since you see the Horizons pavilion when the monorail goes by and they all gather in front of Horizons pavilion.

That was the best Family Guy episode!!! I laugh out loud just thinking about it. My favorite part is when Stewie sees the sign for Disney and starts bouncing around the car repeating "Disney World". :ROFLOL:

The Family Guy episode is hilarious. Its now on DVD with volume 4. One of my favorite parts of the episode is seeing the detail they put into the backgrounds to make it look like Disney World. However, being the Disney nut I am, I couldn't help but notice how they constantly interchanged Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom. Still an awesome episode.

Those are both awesome episodes...

I like how Lisa describes EFCOT "It's what people thought 1986 would look like back in 1969" (or something like that). Or Eastern Airlines world domination - with the robots whipping the slaves to the tune of "So Happy Together" - and of course, Eastern Airlines Cola winning the Cola Wars.

And Family Guy, Eisner/Mola Ram was genius. And the IASW parody - how many of us have thought the same thing - that the dolls were actually little kids stapled to floor and given copious amounts of acid?
