Simple little thing that drives you crazy and probably shouldn't.

Definitely the crowds...it SHOULDN'T. I mean...it's Disneyworld...what do you expect? But they really do. I feel very anxious around large crowds and get very....irritable very quickly.

And especially when people "place save" in a line. So 1 person waits while other people do something else and then their 10-15 family members come and get in front of you.

So....it's the other people who really annoy me, but shouldn't.

I can definitely relate to the crowds = irritability feeling. I can deal for so long and then all the sudden I'm done (and really crabby.) Some it has to do with the Florida heat after so many hours but too much time spent in heavy crowds does me in every time. I too would LOVE to know the key to "letting this one go" but haven't found the one that works for me yet.

I have to admit that there is a particular item that drives me crazy every time I see it. That is backside of the WDW railroad. Through various storms (and a couple of fireworks induced fires), the vegetation does not really hide the back service area as much as it use to. At the same time, if I look to the other side, there is an algae infested canal. I don't really expect a large amount of trees or a wall to be installed but it would be nice if something could be visually done with the canal. I'm sure the fact that it is part of the property drainage system limits what they can do, unfortunately. I just really wish there was some way they could stimulate flow (without a fountain that would not fit) in the area that would prevent that algae buildup. A rocky flowing river would be nice but it likely can't be done. I almost wonder if some kind of well done facade can be placed along the non-water side to draw attention away from the canal.
This bothered me too..... Especially the algae...and the Random yellow bags that were floating among them... didn't seem very Disney to me..Theres got to be something to make that more magical...

I for one, think that line jumping should be a park removal item. If ya gotta go to bathroom go to bathroom. NOT my fault you cant plan. i go to much smaller parks and line jumping is a removable offense

You know what really grinds my gears, Stitch! Everything about him. The way he looks, the personality, his voice. Obviously I hate the ride and how for awhile he was everywhere around the parks. It almost as if Disney tried to force feed us this character and it made me hate him even more. So I would say Stitch gets under my skin but probably shouldn't.
I love Stitch! I think him absolutely adorable. He's both cute and irritable. The greatest disney character since Donald Duck.

The ride is forgettable - a formerly scary ride with all the scares removed. Leaving an uttely pointless experience.
But Stitch is awesome - if used well. Perhaps a hidden design 'fault' is that Stitch, by nature of the fine line between 'a nuisance and a pest' and 'funny because naughty and easily combustible' means the use of the character can easily go wrong. Figment suffers from the same. Treat him slightly wrong, and he is just annoying.

Such a pity.

People who stop RIGHT in the middle of a walkway! It's always a large group that just decides to stops without warning, right smack in the middle of a crowded spot! Also, I hate when people let their toddlers/small children "toddle" behind them by like 10 feet. I mean it's not like there aren't thousands of people who could plow the kid down or worse!

My biggest Disney grievances...

Other people being obnoxious - flash photos on dark rides, screaming/talking through entire rides/shows, not moving down to the end of the row (unpatriotic), walking 6 people in row, cutting/saving places in line, complaining (isn't it ironic, don't ya think?), letting their 10 year olds ride in double strollers because they're so big (and oh yea...10 years old!!) that they don't fit into regular ones, people who abuse/ate their way into an ECV...

The new voice on the TTA. I know Disney has to change things up everyone once in a while and normally I see past the change and try my best to enjoy the attraction [Journey into Imagination] but this new voice is really awful in comparison to the iconic voice of the attraction. And I miss it.

strollers... and the "I have a child, I can do whatever I want" mentality

yeah sure pal, I'm just walking but you have a kid so sure just cut me off and run my legs down with your 4x4 monster stroller

Oh my gosh! I HATE the strollers! Last year at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom I got soooo irritated at the sea of strollers over by "it's a small world". The sea of strollers took up more room than the pathway to walk through! Really? I understand that some kids need strollers but I remember when I was a kid that we didn't even go to Walt Disney World unless we were going to walk the entire time! I think parents baby their kids these days. I swear there are more strollers than people sometimes!

During our December 2009 trip a lady literally ran right into me with her stroller with the kid in it. She didn't like the language I used and I was hoping her husband had something to say because I was ready to drop a DDT or two.

I'm fat.... but FAT people bother the hell out of me, like the "people of walmart" types

put the turkey leg down, stop slurping down the coke, and get out of your electric scooter

There is a major difference between fat people and fat/lazy/slob people.

There are overweight people who dress appropriately and walk through the parks - and probably don't eat healthy because who eats healthy in Disney? But then there are the fat people who wear clothes too small for them, are too lazy to walk so they rent scooters and sloppily eat their food. (but yea if you're really pushing the obese limit - a turkey leg is probably not the best "snack" of choice)

It's not about being overweight - it's about the way you handle yourself.
