Hey, I was at other boards, and I saw a post talking about this.... and Most people said that they think Shrek 4D is better than whats to come of Philharsmagic.

Now I've never been to shrek 4d... But people who have... and Have heard of the descriptions of Philharmagic... What you guys speculate?

Unless they've been the ones trialing Philharmagic, they are only speculating, I'd wait til Philharmagic opens, make up you own mind :)

I personally think MP will blow Shrek away... After all, Disney's been making 4-D films for quite a few years now... I think they've got the upper hand...

Doesn't Philhar include AA characters also? The only ones I saw in Shrek were in the preshow and the nice little Tinkerbell they had at the end...

**THREAD DRIFT**

I didn't realize how ant-Disney Shrek really was until I watched it in school this past year after we finished classwork... I guess since I never saw the movie in theatres, I had no idea. And then to go on the ride, and hear an employee tell us to not tell their friends down the street that they had Pinnochio was outlandish, IMHO...

Just my opinion but anyone on this sight or claims to be a big Disney fan should not have seen shrek or even worse been to universal to ride it:hurl: From what I understand the movie just makes fun of Disney (shame on you all)

Ah,Shrek 4D will be one hundred times better than Philarmagic. I love Shrek's queue, they have all those posters making fun of Disney attractions. The movie has a lot of Disney rip-offs too, which makes it funny. MP is all about Mickey conducting an orchestra. Now please dont tell me MP will be a lot better.

IMHO Universal is a great resort, obviously second to disney though. Just because we all love disney does'nt mean it has to be our goal in life to help pay Micheal his $800 million. I visit both parks all the time, but Disney is obviously top notch.

Oh yeah... its *Site*

Actually Mickey's Phillharmagic is not about that at all, and it is MUCH better than Shrek 4D.

This thread is foolish because Philharmagic isn't even open yet. I'm sure both will be great and both will offer a different enough experience to please everyone.

What do you mean a Tinkerbell :veryconfu .I personally would never go to universal again unless I was forced by my parents, they copy everything disney does which ticks me off a lot
and they stoop so low in thier advertising commercial,''Fairytales and pixy dust quite not your thing, than log on to Universal.com''
Now that was just plain STUPID and made me so mad,I wouldnt give them copycat people none of my business, and would urge my friends not to the same.

I agree, Universal wants to be a family place, yet then wants to have the biggest and baddest coasters. It's having a mid-life crisis shall we say?

I too think this is stupid, just like the people who said that Dudle Do-Right Falls would kill Splash before it opened, etc. You can't judge a book by it's cover. Remember when M:S was JUST a space simulation, look how elaborate it is now...

Why must a theme park choose one identity when having multiple ones only make it better? Also, I am a little tired about people saying Universal is all about "the coasters" when they have TWO coasters and those aren't even the headlining attractions. MIB and Spider-Man are incredibly amazing dark rides. It's amazing how people only see what they want to see. :(
