Should Disney Operate Na’vi River Journey when the Shaman of Songs is down?

If the AA is down, the rule should be that the ride can still run, but they have to let people know before they queue. It's only fair.

This though I doubt they'll do this unfortunately as it's kind of advertising a negative.
