Shoplifting

And, to add insult to injury, we as taxpayers are making it possible for these low-life thieves to be able to afford a trip to Disney via big tax refund checks. You know as well as I do that the "shoplifting type" could never afford a trip to Disney without our subsidizing it. Do away with the subsidy (big tax refunds for those who don't contribute) and you do away with the low-rent behavior and the big crowds. No more having dinner at a signature restaurant being seated next to some toothless imbecile wearing a wife beater and chewing with their mouth open.
I'm starting to feel very sorry for Bristol.

Take heart- with that kind of attitude, in about 4 months "Bristol's Mom" will get a visit from three spirits....

The only Bristol's Mom I know of is named Sarah and can see Russia from her house...

Yup. Given the userpic, the username and tone of posts, someone thinks they're terribly clever. It kind of (cherna)boggles my mind that a real person actually sat down in front of a computer and thought: "I'll call myself "Bristol's Mom", use google image search to get a pic of Alaska and then I'll go to WDWMagic and make inflammatory remarks all over the forums. I'M SO AWESOME!!"

Some people have strange hobbies. Of course, we're all sitting around talking about upcoming, past or dreamed-of Disney vacations, so it could be a case of not throwing stones when you're in a Crystal Palace. ;)

I think the thing is that most of us try to be nice. Besides, I think Disney films clearly have a recurring theme of "Don't tick off poor people." For instance...

Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young prince lived in a shining castle. Although he had everything his heart desired, the prince was spoiled, selfish, and unkind. But then, one winter's night, an old beggar woman came to the castle and offered him a single rose in return for shelter from the bitter cold. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince sneered at the gift and turned the old woman away, but she warned him not to be deceived by appearances, for beauty is found within....

So, just keep that in mind the next time you're sitting next to a "toothless imbecile". You never know if they might put a curse on you.

Inflammatory? I guess you could surmise that I am mad about helping subsidize annual Disney vacations for those who don't work hard while us hard working taxpayers have to scrimp and save just so we can go once every three years. Don't you ever wonder how some of the undesirables at Disney can afford such a vacation? It is as if we are paying to have our vacations ruined by these people.

I am a big believer in karma and I have no qualm with my comments on this subject nor going against the PC crowd like you. My husband and I work hard and deserve a nice vacation for our family without having to have it ruined by huge crowds and uncivil behavior by undesirables who have no business being at these parks.

Just for giggles . . . How do you define "undesirables" ??

The assumptions you are making about other guests are really classist and disgusting - you have no idea what anyone's story is. Perhaps they are indeed of lesser means and have saved for years for the once-in-a-lifetime vacation about which they have always dreamed. If they have a valid ticket, they have the exact same right to be in the park as you or any other guest that day.

It is not up to you to choose the other guests, but you can choose to give others respect and common courtesy to refrain from judging and assuming things about them - and then you'll probably even have a better day yourself.

Of course you don't. This is your third or fourth account, after all....

I think I fit the definition of undesirable. I don't spend a lot, and if I do it's only on things I like and not on any whims or impulse buys. I also tend to get the free salads and enjoy free water particularly the cold filtered water from Sunshine Seasons and when it was around I liked to partake in the free hot cheese, as well.
