It's going pretty good... busy at work, meeting a cutie out this weekend I met last weekend, going to the Golden Gloves Northeastern Finals tomorrow night... got a Bruins game, 3rd row, next Tuesday... doing pretty good I must say...

I'm doing good. Got my tax return today. I paid some more on our Disney trip and then paid off some very important and annoying bills finally! Waiting for the weekend! :D

I just don't like talking to girls on the phone... like honestly Nibbs, I couldn't hold a phone conversation with you... I hate being on the phone... (and not JUST because i don't like you... although that would play a huge role in it)

I'm sure once I call her, I'll be fine... but I'll be in my car ready to puke up until i make the call...

Yeah I still need to file my taxes...

unfortunately not getting back nearly as much as I hoped... so... ah well... free money is free money i suppose.

And yes, I NEED the weekend and we're only 1.5/5th of the way through the week

I'm not a phone person either. I really do hate calling people. Like, a lot. I get so nervous before I call someone. Don't ask me why. But, the thing is, I'll make the call, sound redicilous and move on my merry way. :lol:

I'm sure you'll do fine...if she already seems to like your awkwardness (I mean she liked the line you used on her, even though it wasn't a line.), she would also already realize your awkward anyway...so you've got that covered with her. And who's to say she wouldn't be awkward too?

Just don't put so much pressure on calling a girl. I'd say you could practice on me, but well...that would just be weird. I would probably laugh in your face...not what you'd be wanting. :lol: Calling a girl is no big deal...we're generally nice. :) (No smart alek comments about how I'm not nice here! :fork: )

Not so much "issues" (anymore... as everyone on here talks a collective sigh of relief... :rolleyes:)

Got out of a very long term relationship about 6.5 months ago. Been a tough road but I'm finally starting to get some closure and move on...

So while I'm moving on... I still have one littttle ittttty bitttty problem...

I was never really "single." Haven't been since I was 16 (I'm 24) so.... I mean... the whole "single" game is a lot different when you're living in the city and 24 years old than when you live with your parents and are a Sophomore in High School... hahahahahhaha

Just not comfortable approaching girls or trying to talk to them when I go out... I'm not that typical "I just wanna go talk to that girl and hookup with her" type of guy but i feel like i will absolutely come across as that so I just don't approach them... hahaha

At work, I have to make exactly ONE PHONE CALL A MONTH. Call a women in South Carolina and just go "Hi, this is Joe from the such and such company, could I have my balance as of such and such a date" And yet... every month when it comes to the day to do it (i've been doing this 18 months now) I have a little mini-panick attack and like have to build up the confidence to do it... hahaha

So Abby is in our area spelling bee tonight.....she's nervous, of course. She did it last year though, so I'm telling her she's an old pro :animwink:....trying to boost her self-confidence wherever I can.
