I just have a sinus coldy type thing. My throat is sore today...although I drank some coffee which helped, but it still doesn't feel so hot. My head's also kind fuzzy. It's the stupid "season change" cold I get.

I think I am getting that myself. I was coughing earlier which is unusual for me unless I'm sick so I started back on my sinus meds. Hopefully I can kick it before it gets bad.

I've been so lucky this year to not have the bad sinus infections like I usually do. So I'm sure Spring will hit me hard.
Other than not feeling great, how are you? Loved the Trip Report!

Basically... It's a year at the University of Montana and I learn about, well, civilization's impact on and relationship with the wilderness. It's a lot of classroom work, but every weekend (or so) we also go out on field excursions... camping, hiking, observing, whatnot. I'm so so so so stoked.

The computer, I've discovered is a lemon. It works well enough, but I can't plug in any USB cords now...which makes life a lot harder, especially since that's how I do the podcast, with a USB port headset...so I have to use my parent's laptop for the podcast recording...I'm gonna have to get a new computer or maybe a laptop for myself soon, but not too soon...money isn't really flowing freely, even though we're getting by. That money's better spent on other stuff for the time being.You're welcome!

Ugh I know how frustrating that is. My laptop has always had USB issues and it drives me banana sandwich! Luckily your folks have a laptop you can borrow to record the podcast on.

It's very frustrating. The repairman said it was probably a problem with my motherboard...which it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than get that fixed. My mom has asked for the laptop back, but I haven't heard anything about it in a while...:lookaroun
