Not surprising given that there was speculation on if it would be remaining open at all.

Still, could be a sign that Disney plans to eventually do away with it.

This rumour has come back again on another site. As they are "expanding" Typhoon Lagoon with a new raft ride, they will also close the expensive to maintain shark reef.

We greatly enjoyed this, A year and a half later, my daughter still mentions this as a top highlight of that trip. If they gid rid of this SeaWorld should pounce on this as an upcharge attraction.

Any insiders sure of this? We'll be there in a few weeks but hadn't planned to go to the water park. Might change our mind.

Holy cow, a bus driver was right for the first time ever... My roommate was told this by a driver on her visit last month.

(I just dismissed it as 1) the perpetual rumor of it closing every year, and 2) the fact it came from a bus driver...)
