Yeah, I'm unhappy in how they made SIR over weight. It kinda depresses me, but atleast his realistic movements are still there.

What they did to SIR (wait until you hear the voice!) and the fact they used TV quality animation were my only disappointments with this attraction. However, the new animatronics more than make up for these minors quibbles, IMHO.
