we go every year in sept, this year we tried to book the bounceback free dining offer while we were there but the wait time on the phone each time i called was way too long
i tried when we got back home to book it but after speaking to three different phone operators, not one would help
i wrote an email to disney and a couple of days later someone from corporate called me at home and at work and booked the with me, free dining and all, we were so grateful we booked it for 12 days instead of our standard 8

Count us in for September 18 - 25. We booked the bounce-back while there last September. It is so hard to go back to having over 300 days again. Wish I could have a 4 day Disney fix sometime in Spring.

Not set in stone yet, but we plan on heading down in September 2010 ourselves for at least a week, either early or mid month!
