and at that point, it starts to feel more like unpaid work than entertainment, doesn't it? :/
Lol She-Hulk was definitely a chore for me. But Ms. Marvel was a sheer delight. And Moon Knight pleasantly surprised me though it still could have been better. So... 🤷‍♂️

And yet, the Loki season 2 trailer has me optimistic so hopefully it's all worth it as we continue onward!

I wonder if that's why Ant-Man 3 had issues compared to 1 and 2.

I don't know how many people are like me, but I watched 1 and 2 without ever seeing an Avengers movie. The only reason I didn't see 3 in theaters was because I thought I was going to be lost. I heard about how tied in it was to the Avengers movies, and decided to sit it out.

I saw it on Disney + and I had heard enough to understand the references to Avengers (Thanos.) That made me want to go back and watch the Avengers movies, which I did, and now all the other stuff.
Antman and Guardians we’re my 2 favorite franchises in thee MCU…but then Quatumania happened…now the Guardians is on top alone

The other global problem with the MCU shows are the lack of sequels. It's *very* un-serialized TV to just make a ton of essentially mini series and want you audience to respect every one equally.

It's both a strength and a weakness. You want the audience to watch it all, but you also must acknowledge trying to drag them between a feminist law sitcom and a spy thriller (with a stop along the way at a Disney channel teen drama) is a bit of a difficult proposition.

It's not that the movies didn't do different things, but the TV shows maybe rattled the variety cage a little too hard. Once you off board your key audience that needs to watch it all, you run into some problems.

IMO, every MCU series so far has been very uneven. Some really good episodes combined with some pretty meh ones, and none of them have really stuck the landing.

Just finished this, binged it in a few days. Thought it was alright. 7 out of 10.

This show is made to binge though. Can't imagine watching this weekly, you would be so disappointed. I really think Disney needs to change up the release schedule as few shows are good enough for a weekly release.
