Oh...my...gawd....:ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL:

America's hat......I am crying laughing

Ouch that hurts.

Hello Amy.

Hi sweet one! Good to see you. Yep, I'm not happy but when life deals you lemons, etc...

Bye Jen!

Hi Amy!
And. . .oh no!

Hello my darling!

I really am mad aout it but apparently there is nothing to be done. The good news is that once the construction is finished, if you can't afford your share of the project (and you do have to pay, since you "benefit" from the project) then the township will just put an interest accruing lien on your home. They won't actually take your home. Isn't that sweet of them?

We could be talking 50,000.00. The the township guy I talked to doesn't think it will be that high. Lowest estimate is 20K.

That's what happened to our neighbors. They totally redid their septic (after checking with the city about when we would get sewers and being told not for another 10 yars), spent a small fortune, then 2 years later the city ran the sewer lines down our street and now they have to hook in. As Nibbs would say, Stink!

B-st-rds.

Sorry. I really am not that bitter...:lookaroun

It seems like they would pay you something for the problems.:hammer:

We had to start paying a "frontage fee" long before they ever even got to our street. It's over a 15 year period I think, and they add it in to our property tax (since we clearly don't pay enough!). If we sell the house during that time period, we'd have to pay that off, so I guess that's like a lien on the property. I'm just glad that we weren't able to afford to redo the septic system when we originally wanted to (when we redid our kitchen, we went a little over budget....)

This is one of many reasons we stopped at two.....

Try 8.:lookaroun

She'll be six weeks on Tuesday... Where does time go???

Wow, I can't believe it.

One chocolate and one mint chocolate chip. One for now and one for later. :slurp:

Ooo, yum!:slurp:

Wow! She's just now starting to grow into her 0-3 stuff. I look at her now, in all 8 1/2 pounds of glory, and think to myself - some babies come out that big!

Did you hear about the Russian baby who was 17 pounds- at birth?! That was the mom's 12th baby and she didn't even realize the baby was that big until after she was born. I was over 8 pounds at birth.
