It does! Thank you! Do you jsut send a digital, high res. photo of the page?

Every company has theor won rules as to how to send them but usually I send them a picture in an email. Oh and don't forget to make a list of all the products you are using and who the manufacturer is. They will want to know that. So as i scrap I always make a littel list and then adhere it to the back of the layout. I otherwise might forget!

If you want to submit something to a magazine, my advice is to submit a lot and often. You never know when something is going to strike their fancy. I've had pages I wasn't crazy about published, and pages I thought were the best EVER!! that were completely shut out.

Contests are another fun thing to do. I've won some great scrapbooking prizes. Several years ago I won $1000 worth of scrapbooking supplies for a page I did!! It was so totally awesome.:D I am also currently enjoying a years worth of skinny cow ice cream that I won in a contest recently.:)

Oh my goodness! Well, Tammy, your pages are definitely contest-win-worthy! I'm not that surprised! Where do you hear about these contests?

Thanks Kat! Some are apparently, some are definitely not!!

A lot of the contests are advertised in the magazines. Some at local scrapbooking stores. Just look carefully at the ads in magazines. That's where some are advertised.

Photobucket is being very slow so I'll have to do this a little at a time. Here's the magazine from 2002!!

I took a picture of all my prizes too I don't know if I can find that though...

One of the funny things is I spent a long time writing a Dr. Seuss-ish poem to go with my page. They said they loved it! And then they printed my page right in the magazine seam so you can't read it!!

I wish I could remember it all. I know I got a huge die cut machine!! A real one like they have in schools. It cost around $350. I recently sold it on ebay.:D I also got 4 dies to go with it. Those dies cost $50 each!! A rolling scrapbooking bag. A gift certificate to an online store. TONS of paper, stickers, embellishments, etc. It was in a huge box. It was like Christmas opening it.

Bummer, I thought it was you on the cover! I was waiting for a picture of you with that long flowing curly hair!

I think you look great in your picture! I like the red! Not that you're not gorgeous now! :D

And what a cute page! :)

Oh you flatterers!! I just laugh at that picture.

And may I just add that it's too bad the cover wasn't me because Stephen would like nothing more then for me to have long flowing red hair!:lol:

I bet! Sam always tells me that I look younger in pictures where I have long hair- I tell him that's because I WAS younger.
