Theme: The Little Things

Any thing little is acceptable. puppies, kittens, small birds, insects, little details. its the small things in life, if your child gives you a kiss before bed everynite, or if your spouse does nothing at all except to put the water bowl down for the cats.
Of course as always if you have disney pics, please use them. some disney ideas: the conductor's ticket you get on the train, or the fastpasses, pins, towels animals, dolewhips, something seen thru a child's eye.
..Anything really, but keep it little.

embellishments/requirements:
Title must be used, however, accentuate the title with little pictures and use all little(lower) case letters.

the focus of this page with be to use little items. lower case letters, lower case letters, little anything. you can use a larger photo that reflects the idea of the little things in life, but working around that must be small/little.

i don't know if i can elaborate anymore on this, so if you are unsure, go with what you get out of it.

use your imagination and HAVE FUN!

in the pages of my scrapbook, babies stay babies forever.

Here it is. :) I'm not sure it totally meets the titling requirements, but I did my best. And it's all digital!

I knew you'd understand my photo sizing woes once you saw the page. Thanks!

I love your page. Those photos are wonderful. The perspective on the larger one is great and I love the accent the smaller ones add. You're right, overall it's a simply page, but it has great impact and the message is perfect!

Coree I love that page! There are so many pictures on it! Great Year in Review page.

Eagles your is really pretty too. I just love the composition of the big pictures. It's just wonderful.

Those are two great pages, girls! :)

Coree, I really love your year in review idea. How neat to sum up everything for the year and I bet it makes a really neat ending to your 2006 album! Someday she is really going to appreciate that!

eagles, your butterfly page is just beautiful! It goes so well with the theme this week. And I really like the colors. Actually, both you and Coree kind of used the same colors this week. Well, I guess they're not quite the same colors, but close.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way this worked out and am planning to do something similar for the last page of each year's album. I have to admit the overall idea was scraplifted from something I saw in Memory Makers, but I just really loved the concept.

It is really a neat concept. Now with the subsequent years, it should be easier for you now that you have that sizing thing down, right?

Coree, I really love this - it will be such a wonderful keepsake for your daughter! I did something similar 10 years ago when my daughter was born. I bought a little photo album, and put in a photo of her every month. Now that she is 10 I have stopped, and I just put in one photo a year, taken sometime around her birthday. This is separate to all the many other albums we have!

If you don't mind me scraplifting from your layout, I might scan in those photos (no digital camera then!) and make a layout of that. Of course, I will have to do 2, if I do one for one daughter, I will have to do one for the other, or she will get upset!

Of course I don't mind, especially since I scraplifted much of it too. The original layout I saw in the magazine was very similar in concept to mine except the captions went around the four sides of the paper rather than above the photo strips like mine. With the border I was using the titles around the outsides of the page just didn't work for me.

Here is my layout for this challenge. Thanks to Coree for the idea and inspiration!

The quality of the photos is not that good, they are not digital photos, I just photographed the originals with my digital camera. DH has a scanner, but I have no idea how to use it - or even connect it to my computer - and he is away right now, so I just did the best I could!

That's beautiful, minnie! Makes me wish I had some baby pictures to do!

I agree with disneyfalcon, those pictures look pretty good! I can't believe you just took a picture of the original and got them to look that good!
