Hi guys!! We need a new challenge!!

Okay so the photography contest this week is Celebrate America Disney style. So how about patriotic pictures, Disney or otherwise.

Let's do a sketch this week. Feel free to change it up as much as you want. Keep it as a two page spread, or make it one page.

I got this sketch from CK by the way, I didn't do it myself. Thanks to Coree for helping me figure out how to post it here!

you know i don't think i have anything patriotic at disney. i will have to work on this one.

I like the patriotic idea! So I might have to wait until I have fourth of july pics for this one. Or I might make the page and then add the pics after the fact. :)

okay, its not patriotic per se, but the pics are from Memorial Day. does that count? and I used the layout, so not too against the guidelines, eh?

not thrilled with them, but they're 2 more pages done. I'm glad the layout used several pics, because I had a lot from this day.

Those pages look great, Amber! I hadn't even noticed the doodling aroung the title until Tammy mentioned it. That's great!

On another note, looks like from the October trip thread that we'll be in WDW at the same time in the same resort. Maybe we can scrapbook in the food court one night. :lol:

I can only see the last one right now for some reason, Amber. I think my computer is having a problem.

Anyhow, I really love it! Nice job working with our sketch! I managed to use the sketch on a couple of pages that don't fit with the patriotic theme, it was fun. I'll post them here soon. I like how you did yours a bit better than mine, though.

Ah, now I can see both of them! They're wonderful!

Thanks, Coree! I noticed that too! We'll have to come up with a challenge for our food court scrap!

Thanks, Jenn! I know, sometimes I like having a sketch...it takes the guesswork out of the actual layout and you can just have fun with cropping and pretty paper.

Thanks, Minnie! The first one I actually bought that way. But I only had one peice and needed 2, so I actually stamped the 2nd. It does look like Monsters, Inc!!

So I haven't done my fourth of july pages yet, since I haven't printed them out yet. :lol:

But I did use the sketch to make a different page. i thought I would post it here. It was also my first attempt to stitch by hand. :)
