SCOTT PILGRIM
VS. THE WATCH THREAD

But first, as always, comes the reading. Who the heck is Scott Pilgrim, and why on earth you should you care you ask?

THE INTERNET said:
Scott Pilgrim is a 23-year-old guy living in the big city with his gay roommate, just trying to make his way in this crazy world.
Scott Pilgrim likes the new girl in town, Ramona Flowers, but to win her heart, he has to defeat her seven evil ex-boyfriends. Wait, what?

And if that doesn't grab ya, the whole reason I bug you in the first place, is that Edgar Wright (You know, that awesome guy who directed Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead? Two films that don't really suck?) is bringing this comic masterpiece to the screen.

It will be awesome.

But it takes time to make.

So do yourself a favor, go to the Amazons, the Boarders, The Barnes, and even the Nobles, and pick up SCOTT PILGRIM'S PRECIOUS LITTLE LIFE (Vol. 1).

Read it, repeat for Vol. 2 (Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World), Vol. 3 (Scott Pilgrim & The Infinite Sadness), Vol. 4 (Scott Pilgrim Gets It Together), and Vol. 5 (Scott Pilgrim Vs. The Universe.)

If you refuse to trust me on this one, here's the Books' Site. You can even read the first few pages of Vol. 1 if you want to be so cautious all your life.

From now on, Daily, Weekly, Hourly, Bi-Monthly Updates til' it hits the Big Screen!

Yep, you heard me. Go, Read now!

Eh....so far it doesn't appeal to me.
However, I really do like Edgar Wright...so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

Personally, I'm still waiting on the Shaun of the Dead sequel...From Dusk 'til Shaun.

Trust me, it's perfect. It's just like SPACED but with more Video-Game style kung-fu Fight Sequences and dance routines.

Scott Pilgrim: "Wallace, You go now.You leave. Begone."

Wallace Wells: "Awww...wait? What? This sucks. You suck."

Dude, I'm like 100x times more random then this. You should be used to it. You got to read Watchmen as a book, methinks you've been spoiled...real comics you have to go out and read whole volumes to get the whole picture. Plus you need to play more Video Games....

It's because I care...Jeez you guys on this forum are so hard to convince to try new things...
