Other's have already said what it stands for, what it actually is, to the best of my knowledge, is the American equivalent of the Managing Director.
The exact wording is Chief Executive Officer, hence the letters CEO Belle

Hello everyone I am new to these board's but have been reading them for quite some time now. I just wanted to congratulate Mission Space like everyone else and to ask anyone who has been a cast member or even if they haven't for advice. I am from Canada and I am going to be working in WDW for a good chunk of the 50th celebration. I found out in December that I am going to be working at the Canadian Pavilion in Epcot working in food services. I am very excited for the obvious reasons of working at Disney and all but also because I have never been to Florida or even that far south before. I am hoping that someone who has done the International Cultural Representative program before can give me some advice as to what it is like and such or even just to give me some scoop as to what the whole CM thing is like. Thanks to everyone and well I don't know most of you but I look forward to meeting many wonderful people who come to visit me in Canada in World Showcase. See You There.

Congratualtions :)

Im from the UK and i'm applying for the Cultural Representative program to work in the British bit of world showcase, was it hard to get in to the program ???

Hey guys. Just so you know, there is a thread in the general boards about the CP, and you might get a stronger response starting a thread there. Congratulations on the program. I met sever International Reps while working at Epcot on my AI, and they seemed to enjoy it. Best of luck, and have a magical day (start saying that now. You'll need to ;) )!

I can't wait to go down and see the new show, I think I'm going in March sometime for orientation at Rosen College. I'm doing a triple major (starting there in my second semester of my sophomore year or my junior year)starting in the fall. I didn't realize that many people on here knew about that school and are actually going to it.

I'm going to be majoring in Theme Park and Attractions Management, Resort Management, Vacation Club Ownership Management and a minor in Business Administration. After that, I'm getting my masters there in Hospitality Management. I'm looking forward to moving there, starting school there, and working at WDW! :sohappy:

You should try to intern at Walt Disney World. I'm sure they have something that would be beneficial to your future career. I wish they'd have something for students who want to be lawyers.

MS, Great News!

What makes you think we wouldn't be excited for you?...
The two things that I think unify us here is good news about members and the latest new rumor.

I'll be sure and check in with you prior to our trip down. Do us proud!

Welcome and congrats to you Dryice! I would suggest you start practicing by going to your nearest gym, put on pants and a flannel shirt and visit the steam room for a few hours. :lookaroun

Seriously, (well, maybe there is a touch of seriousness to that...) I think you will really enjoy your time. You will have your "family" from your home country for support and introduction to social events. Most international folks take full advantage of doing some nice vacations to other places they've never been to before. Make the most of your year!

Let us know when you get settled.
