The unofficial vinylmation website (can i give a link?) has posted a picture of an upcoming Adventurer's Club figure ! It's the Colonel in vinyl form and looks really fantastic! It's a shame though it's more likely a tribute rather a foreshadowing...
Since it is a legitimate link that Disneyana fans would be interested in, I see no reason why not.

It's not like you are spamming for hits to a site.
I am in disbelief. Just another way to nickle and dime the fanbois.

Actually, I see it more as an honor.

I think foreshadowing. Disney should consider limited addition numbered series. This could allow true fans to own rare collectible items if this really is being made into a larger scale franchise. Which I think it has a good chance of being.

So should we expect the return of SMRT-1 and the Hatbox Ghost as well?

Michael is right, a shameless money-grab from the fanbase the suits disdain, nothing more.

SMRT-1 was in the first Vinlymation park series. Also, I wouldn't really look at this as an over-arching money-grabbing conspiracy. I've met several members of the Disney Design Group, and many of them are hard-core Disney nerds themselves. Probably someone on the Vinlymation team was an Adventurers Club fan. Of course, its ability to sell would have played into its creation, but probably not as big a role as you think.

The joke is on them because most of the money will be made on ebay:xmas:

SMRT-1 is already a Vinylmation figure and was released with park 1

That was his point. Both the hatbox ghost and SMRT-1 were released as vinyls, so by jt's logic, their release was foreshadowing of their return.

btw, I'm hearing someone found a Pamelia Perkins vinyl drawing on an upcoming Vinylmation notebook.

Yup. THIS is how WDW treats it's true fans. By giving us nice little trinkets.

We've left your favorite attraction standing in place rotting away in the Florida sun and will eventually be demolished for a playground and meet and greets.

We know you're upset about this, so we released a pin for it.

Are you alright?

And they'll even put a piece of the attraction inside the Pin!

...Those "Piece of Disney History Pins" bug me.
