Run through queue

Okay this is a tad random but on every trip to WDW I always enjoy running through the SM queue when there is nobody there (because I'm just excited). As in the tunnel part of the queue where no one can see you. :lookaroun
Is there a specific queue that you enjoy running through when no one is around?
And as in running I don't mean like full speed darting I mean like quickly scurrying. :ROFLOL:

Yep.

Don't underestimate the crummy pavement slippery-patch right at the entrance to the star tunnel on a rainy day. Dark, wet, slippery Death.

I like to quickly scurry through Pirates! I love the waiting queue - all dark & ominous. It's fun when nobody is there to look at the details.

I like to fully run through PoTC when it is empty it is quite creepy to me, I am not too keen on dark and quiet though. The one at Disneyland Paris is the worst, you can't see where you are walking but once I was walking behind some women from France and one of the CMs was walking the other way and the CM decided that it would be funny to make us jump put of our skins, that was not good, haha. :lookaroun

Enough of me sounding creepy/stupid now...

That's awesome that you've been to Disney Paris! Haha, that CM would have scared me too - I'm really easily freaked out in the dark! Any empty dark ride would be creepy. I don't think I could ever go on HM alone....or at least go in the stretch room alone. :lookaroun

Unfortunately we never got to do HM and I wanted to do it really badly but never had the time.

I panicked in most of the rides that went really dark, I didn't like it when SGE was empty and it was just me, my parents and a couple extra people and it went compltely pitch black and I silent, now that was panic as I didn't know what was going to happen. :lol:

You know I never thought about it before, but on my last trip my boyfriend commented that every time we went on SM I would run/walk fast through the queue. I had completely forgotten about that until you mentioned that you liked running through it. So yeah, I am right there with you.

Ha, I was thinking BTM too. Especially running down the ramps right before you board. My favorite "run" was when I was a kid and you used to be able to run to the rides at rope drop in MK. Now CMs and Characters lead you in a pack to the attractions. I realize it is for safety, but I miss that. :king:

Seriously though! Later on in the day at DAK when most of the crowds have left, I take advantage of there being little to no line to run through Kali River Rapids and really take in everything in the temple. I find myself looking about for a while taking a bunch of pictures I do this at EE as well.

I love running through any Queue because it's rare that I get too. Though I especially enjoyed running through POTC at MNSSHP. (all the more reason to recommend it really.) Especially since the last time we rode it, we were stuck in line for over 30 minutes. BEHOLD THE POWER OF JOHNNY DEPP AND TREMBLE!!
