Nothing would be surprising anymore.don't be surprised to see the tiers go away with additional FP's being offered (for a cost or for those staying on site) in the future

Tiers going away I like. More FPs for all I like, in whatever way they implement (maybe 3 in advance, then more day of, or 3 at one park in advance and 3 more at another park when you get there -- whatever). More FPs for more money, I hate. I don't want a system where those with more money get shorter lines in the parks. I like that Disney generally treats all park guests the same, unlike Six Flags, Uni, and everybody else who let you buy your way out of lines.don't be surprised to see the tiers go away with additional FP's being offered (for a cost or for those staying on site) in the future

Just did the same thing for our trip in April! Thanks for the info. Was just able to modify FP+ for March to get TSMM and RNRC at DHS as well as Soarin and Test Track at Epcot for the same day
They don't dare NOT call it a test. That is the big joke, that it is still being referred to across the board as a test. Whenever there are complaints, CMs are trained to specifically refer to it as a test and that they will advance concerns during the test period.Remember we are not supposed to call this a test anymore even though they are testing new and better ways of offering FP+....test

We ran into that with a recreation reservation.Yep and boy do they want to tell you how to do all this MM stuff and FP+ stuff when you call them up to book something outside a resort stay or a dining reservation. But only the resort reservation, the ADR or the FP+ even will link to your itinerary. So book BBB or Pirates and Pals and it's all still a manual confirmation. They have so much to still write or link in this software cloud. I can't even believe they decided to start rolling it out before they had more together with the resort and park and dvc databases linked. Even to me, no IT experience at all, this is sloppy sloppy sloppy.
Yea I disagree 100% and I'm staying at a deluxe in 3 weeks. I've been able to afford a deluxe my last few trips but always saw it as a waste of $ since we only shower and sleep at the resort but this next trip is a family trip and they chose the Poly. I personally like the fact that once you're on the bus or monorail everyone is equal, doesn't matter of you're paying $99/night for a value room or $999/night for a deluxe suite.
What I do think would be a good plan and make WDW money is giving everyone the standard 3 FP+ per day but then offering 3 more for $10 or a low fixed cost if you want it.
If they are charging 7-10x more for the room, why not? It is Disney's resort. They can do as they please. If you don't like it, you could pay more for the better amenities. Disney already does this on a micro scale when they offer free dining. It is CS at values and TS at Moderate and above.I thought that you paid for the amenities your resort offerered, and the tickets for the parks were a separate issue. If I decided to stay at Pop just to have a bed and a bathroom, and someone wanted to stay at the Grand Floridian and what it offers in that resort, both 6 day park hoppers and fast pass privileges cost the same and should be equal. Should my park ticket if I stay at Pop take second place to the identical park ticket to someone staying at the Grand Floridian?
As you can tell, I usually ignore when the "Spirit" posts, save for finding a few specific things. The arrogance is very grating to me, and I just can't take the debate and negativity that it stirs up.Oh believe me I view it as a test...
In the Spirits most recent thread there is an ongoing debate that Disney should not be calling this a test at all. That seems to be the overriding theme, in that thread. So I was making a tongue in cheek comment Gladly it seems not all have the same mindset...
Additionally, NOBODY wants the Fantasmic fastpasses.
So, am I reading this right....are guests with future stays (i.e. March) able to login to MDE today and edit their EC and DHS FP+ reservations to include more than one Tier 1 attraction per day?
I found this to be the opposite on my stay two weeks ago... By 10am TSMM was out two of the days and Soarin' was out by noon.In fact, one of the Tier 1 attractions at each park (Test Track/Sorin and R&R/TSMM) are lasting well into the afternoon most days.
