I hear tell the band got captured by some militant group only for us to find them and use Music as a Weapon to save them....🤔

No, what she accomplishes in her young age , Tyler could not do until years later.
Times are different. Olivia is a product of the current music industry trends. Similar to today with reality TV and youtube. Allowing children to pursue sports or entertainment careers pre-teen was not common then (and shouldn’t be today). Artists of the 70’s had to take that risk, and have musical talent to stand out - opposed to today, when artist just to have appeal and promotion.

Olivia net worth is $16M. If she's a one and done she should just invest in Vanguard mutual funds and just calling it a day. Not a Beverly Hills lifestyle but she can live comfortably.
History has show this is not a lot of money in the entertainment world, and historically when sales fall, she has a high chance of being broke.

No retracking on the horizon AFAIK.

I think this round is for a system control overhaul... ad hoc sensor replacements over the last several years have caused some, um, issues. Don't know for certain, but I'd expect an all (or at least mostly) new nervous system is being installed.
System control was last years, this year it's all about rebuilding the braking system. I believe it's focused around the final run.
It was originally planned to reopen for “summer” but I don’t know what they’re doing. It certainly SHOULD be retracked but I think someone would’ve noticed the Vekoma deliveries.
I disagree with retracking. The track is no where near EOL combined with the fact it sits enclosed too. There are older coasters that have had a train swap that made it feel like a whole different ride. Switching to the Paris SM style trains would change the entire feel. Switching track and keeping the existing trains would not get rid of headbanging at all.

Singers like other Hollywood professions , they reinvent themselves. She will become fine. How many 21 year old kids are worth $16M and climbing.

The music industry was A LOT different in the 70s. Not only did it predate the Internet it predated cassette tapes. It could take a while back then to be discovered by a record company executive. Until discovery, hands would just play small shows that were often promoted by putting up flyers around town.
The youngest guy in Hanson was like 10 when they hit it big. Nobody would suggest a Hanson theming for RNRC because they didn't sustain.
What made Aerosmith a good choice when they built RNRC was that they were popular with multiple generations. They were playing the Superbowl halftime show in that time frame.

No doubt the band has many followers also. When we rode RnR one afternoon he n 2007 , there were a lot of fellow guests just standing in the small gift shop. We found out Tyler and his young girlfriend were exiting the ride. They did, went shopping and posed for pictures.

Never had a ride experience here that wasn't smooth and fun. Maybe you were thinking of the Matterhorn?
When we rode last summer it was rough. Like not just like bang you around rough.. but audio issues where certain parts were like silent. The braking part felt off. I don't typically feel unsafe on Disney rides the way you question if you'll make it off a Six Flags ride, but that time I was relieved to get off it. I also didn't think my seat pushed down enough and when I told them they just moved us to the starting area.
