How does an indoor, off the shelf, rollercoaster have such complicated problems? Does the outdoor one that RNRC was cloned from have this many issues?
Considering Walibi isn’t open year round and doesn’t run as many trains as RnRC, not sure that’s fair.

Florida parks demand a lot from coasters. Velocicoaster has had serious issues this year and it’s pretty new. It already needs a serious refurbishment.

RNRC is run far more often than any other off the shelf coaster, including its clone.

There's a reason why Universal had to replace Hulk when it was only ~15 years old with how often it cycles, and Kumba (a similar model coaster) is still running after 30 years.

The ridiculous amount of downtime it's had could have been prevented had they had not needed it's capacity to makeup for the loss of other attractions.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster opened the year before Xpress.

Along with running more trains (Xpress is actually a shorter track since it doesn’t have a dedicated unload station) for longer days year round, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster also has the on-board sound system that adds a good bit of weight.

Disney also uses their own ride and show control systems.

Each train also holds the egos of all five Aerosmith band members. It’s unclear which is heaviest.

1. Vekoma. They've upped their game a lot in recent years, but Vekoma around the time of this ride's construction was turning out some issue filled rides.

2. An outdated launch system that's notoriously problematic and hard to maintain

3. It's one of the most cycled coasters in the world and wears much faster than one at a seasonal park will
