MK-Big Thunder, always been a fave of mine.

EPCOT-Soarin I would be devistated if i couldnt ride

Hollywood Studios- Not a ride, but I love the Beauty and the Beast Show...I never miss it when Im there.

AK-Everest by far my fave in the AK.

Other: I was very upset when Characters in Flight was running last time I was there, what a great time that is! But i know it often closes due to high winds.

Epcot - Spaceship Earth - we experienced this in 2007. My first trip to WDW in 15 years and knew nothing of closures or rehabs. DH and I were ready to read Spaceship Earth over and over again (one of our favs) and was heart-broken to walk up to see it all closed off! It really had us bummed out rest of the day. =(

Horizons.

.... oh wait

I think you people really need to get over that. I personally think Disney was wise to get rid of it.

That said, I HATE when Splash Mountain was closed. I personally don't understand why they can't just close it down for a day or two when something breaks. It seems like they wait for things to accumulate before fixing them. And that stands for all their attractions.

I remember when I was a kid, we went to Disneyland for the week starting with Labor Day. Space Mountain, Jungle Cruise, Small World, Peoplemover, and the railroad were ALL closed. At the time I didn't know what any of them really were, so it wasn't THAT big a deal to me at the time. But now if they were to close THAT many attractions at once (at either property), I would DEMAND my money back. That's just too mnuch at one time.

Wonders of...Horiz...Journey Into I...ImageW...Hydrol...Sea Ca...I can't think of anything. Pirates of the Caribben or Haunted Mansion. I ride them every time I go and would be mad if they weren't open.

My list goes like this:]

1 ~ Tower of Terror
2 ~ Expedition Everest
3 ~ Rock-n-Roller Coaster

It wouldn't be the same magical experience if even one of these rides was closed for good. :(

Even though it is not my favorite, I would be most upset with It's a Small World closing.

I originally rode the attraction (or rather, it's prototype) at the 1964 New York World's Fair with my now deceased parents, then again with them at WDW, so it is part of my personal history.

Coincidentally, my husband, who grew up in a different state, also rode it there with his now deceased parents, so it's also one of his memories. His mother died the year WDW opened, and his father never visited, so he does not have quite the same attachment.

TOT.

If there was a refurb planned, I'd plan around it. Honestly. It's not Disney without the Tower for me.

I feel the same way. I can not visit while Tower is not in operation.

We have visited while some of our favorites have been down on refurb:
Haunted Mansion
Space Mountain
Pirates
Small World
TTA
Spaceship Earth

It felt really weird not being able to ride these, especially HM and Pirates. For the TTA though, we were almost inconsolable.

I'd be gutted if EE was closed, my son has raved about it since our last trip and wants to take his older cousin on it as he's never ridden before, so fingers crossed everythings OK for next August
