If you haven't already, I recommend that you add disclaimers in the site footer stating that you are not associated with the Disney company.

Disney has been known to ask sites with disneyworld in their name to change...I know of a few personally.

yep.. i've owned disneycorner.com for 8 years w/out a hitch so far.. but i've got a backup plan if they want me to change the domain. Also the disclaimers are at the bottom..

I've seen urls with Disney in them around for years. I've seen those with disneyworld in them shut down in a few months.

There is a spot for owner info in our photo section. You have complete control over your albums and you can delete/remove at any time. By uploading you are letting us watermark the photo, and distribute it to our users as per the bottom: "Photos are the property of the respective copyright holders and are presented under the Fair Use Law." Reproduction means of any uploaded photo should not be done w/out permission from the copyright owner.

We need to write this up and put it on our site.
