So I guess I just need to arrange the DCL transfer. Is there a particular number?
Did you go through an agency, or directly with Disney?

I think Alamo is one of the companies that you have to take a shuttle to get to the car pick-up/drop-off. I did it once, it was a 10 minute ride, I think. Not too bad. I usually just use Advantage or Budget, whichever is cheaper on priceline.com.
I guess I misunderstood what we were talking about. My earlier comment about the shuttle was referring to rental car pick-up at the airport (MCO), not the cruise port. Sorry for any confusion. They all have shuttle service to the port - none are AT the port

I rented with Alamo at Port Canaveral to go back to WDW after my cruise. I booked my cruise through the Disney website. Do I call Disney directly to get the xfer from my hotel to the port? And thanks to everyone who has or will reply.
