Does your family think you're crazy?

We're going with my inlaws this year (we took my MIL last year, but FIL wants to go this time). However, my parents/grandparents, all think we're totally nuts for going again this year.

I wonder what they'll say about next years trip....hehehe

I tend to tune out the folks that don't get it..simply enough Disney puts me into a state of nirvana not achieved at other vacation spots..not that I don't enjoy other places..just got back from a week in Stowe Vermont..which I love..but in the back of my mind was the daily countdown to my Labor Day weekend getaway to Disney.

Family - no. But friends think I am insane. My BF keeps trying to tell me there are other places to visit in the world. When she says that, all I hear is the voice of Charlie Browns teacher.

My family understands and shares the love but not the obsession if that makes sense. Anyone else I know....not a chance. I've gotten so paranoid about it that I'm a little more guarded now about who I "confess" my true love. None of my co-workers have ever been nor will be at WDW but know by now to let me be me. I remember when out latest next door neighbors moved in and, in our first meeting, I told them we were going to WDW and I could see their faces drop and immediately from then on their attitude toward us changed. Hey, what do they all know anyway? More room for all of us fans!

Some folks here need to find new family and/or friends. I try not to associate with folks who don't get Disney. We're lucky that we do vacation at other locations. We do Disney once or twice a year plus we'll go to other spots. But, our first choice is Disney.

I word I hear allot from people is "Stupid" I am "Stupid" for spending over 4,000 a year for a Disney Vacation yada yada yada but I Think they are just Jealous that I can go every year! Boo to them !!
