When Disneyland does eventually Reopen, I do agree with OrangeGrove55 in his video, where he discusses how the Subs will have a hard time operating in a post COVID-19 world. He brings up the fact that it's already an extremely low capacity attraction, and if you combine that with the fact that attractions at WDW are operating at reduced capacity, and the fact that the Subs are tight spaces, I can't see them thriving at all in a post COVID-19 world. Now, some of this may depend on when the park actually reopens, but regardless, an attraction such as the Subs will be looked down upon hygienically.
Here is his video about it:
Sure as hell!! lololI moved back up to OC this past weekend, and I was going to take a drive over to Anaheim today to check in on it. But @George Lucas on a Bench saved me a trip with his latest photo documentation.
The Anaheim Resort District still looks exactly the same as when I last saw it a few months ago; abandoned, empty, bankrupt, lightly populated with homeless guys sleeping in bus stops, and with lush sidewalk landscaping that smells vaguely of urine. Magical!
You know what would be really funny George? If when The Alpine Inn has it's foreclosure auction of all remaining furnishings six months from now and you and I each buy one of these two lamps in the window for $20, only to find out they are actually original Tiffany lamps worth about $15,000 a piece.
It'll be like a crummy motel version of Antiques Roadshow!
