The effect on Morocco’s forced perspective is worrying

Looking back on this photo, they are gonna have a fun time trying to theme that NE corner.

EDIT: Also, on closer inspection, the stud framing on the edge of the roof could be a parapet, but it could also be framing for a decorative themed roof edge of some kind. They are pretty tightly spaced.

I'm with Missing20K. No way Disney would not theme the section of the building that is visible from anywhere inside of the theme park. Now, I'm not so sure about theming of the side visible only from the Skyliner...?

Well there is this.

This is a funny picture. I am there a fair amount and never really notice the giant light blue dome. lol

I've never really noticed it much either. I look up and around and people watch. I'm fairly observant. Not saying I don't notice it *at all* but a zoomed in picture can also be misleading. I get far more annoyed seeing certain hotels across the skyline.

It's a hangar for a hang-gliding ride. It doesn't really infuriate me, though I agree they could (and should) have done better.

I always notice the things that are not finished the most. Once building are finished, whether they are themed or not, they are always less noticeable once they are done.

Yep.

And I'm far more annoyed at seeing the Guardians building, currently. That's a lot more "worrisome" to me than maybe seeing a side of Ratatouille unthemed. I mean, trees grow ...

Yes, and you can bet that 99% of the guests there never even notice.

Sure. But I bet 99% of guests would have noticed this. ;) There is a limited amount of forced perspective they can realistically create before it starts looking odd from other vantage points though. This is pretty unrealistic, but hey, I had some time to kill before my next meeting. #5minutePhotoshop #boredatwork

The Soarin' building isn't painted "Go Away Green", it's painted "Blend in with the Sky Blue".

To be honest, I've noticed it for years. I don't fixate on it, as it's not a terrible visual intrusion, but it's still bad show, if you ask me.

Agreed. There are much worse visual incongruities in various other parts of all the other parks as well. This one is just too "well known" to not ironically bring it up anytime visual intrusions are mentioned.

I've never noticed it before and just like someone else posted, didn't even know it was there till people pointed it out on this site. I was just there this past weekend and after seeing people post pics on here of it, I was really curious to try to see it for myself. Of course I completely forgot to look for it and, yet again, didn't notice it at all when walking around all of Future World and World Showcase twice. lol
