Per Len Testa, Disney has been surveying guests on potential names for the upcoming Ratatouille attraction:

For full immersion within the France pavilion, the name of the ride should be in French, just like the original:
Ratatouille : L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy
Otherwise, we would miss out on the pun.

Obviously they want Remy to become a household name, at least, for Disney park goers. They already use Remy's image for some aspects of some of the festivals, and now, they're gonna leverage that in beautiful marketing synergy and convince people to buy a plush rodent that doesn't have cartoonishly large ears.

Remy will be the Figment-killer!

toque = chef's hat (in France -- in Canada it's the knit cap kind of hat)

I believe that crazy only has the accented e in French as toquée isn't a word AFAIK, making it a pun.

Although really they should just call it Kitchen Calamity, it really is the perfect name.

The original concept art says Kitchen Calamity, there wasn't anything wrong with that name. Of the names listed, Dinner Dash is the best, and it would also cement "Dash" as one of Disney's naming machine keywords along with Magic, Dream, and Celebrate.
