The berm is being worked on and more mature trees and being planted as we speak. That's pretty big. Does anyone know whether it'll be go-away-green or will it actually be stylized on the outside?

I wouldn't put it past them, unfortunately, to just paint it green. IJA's show building in Disneyland is clearly visible as you approach the park from the west side, just a giant green brick with a wavy roof. Though there is an argument to be made about in-park/out-of-park views.
I watched it this Saturday, my guests thought it was a recent production but to me, it seemed 70’s.I might stop by Epcot today just to check it out.
I don't see any ladders so this thing ain't happening.

Ladders > cranesI think cranes beat ladders though, and there's some pretty big cranes in those pictures.
Cranes = ladders as there are ladders inside the cranes.Ladders > cranes
What is the ginormous white, tent structure behind the United Kingdom?
Why, thank you Sir!And currently used for private events or adjunct festival events.
Much obliged! That is the former Millenium Village.
Or maybe we are only getting half of the ride? It's kind of neat matching up the construction to the blueprints of the Paris version... you can clearly see the maintenance bay (Green), the opening scene projection screen (Red) where Remy and Gusteau are talking before Remy falls into the kitchen, and the projection screen for the scene (Yellow) after the refrigerator where you are under the stove. (also seems to indicate that the steel framework currently up is only about 1/2 of the full show building).

I miss the teddy bear and doll festival
What you have highlighted in green is actually the second floor cast break area and some support rooms. The maintenance bay is below it on the ground floor.
