So far it is the same area music that plays in the rest of the pavilion. No Rat area loop music from Paris? Or is that closer to the actual attraction.

Don’t forget the bit about “balance”Imagine -- putting Disney IP in a Disney theme park...
Those mercenaries!!! </sarc>
They put in a pretty chunky wall instead of the rolling bushes, I think it is going to be there for a while.I’ll be there tomorrow, if anything is stirring I’ll report it here but I feel that is doubtful at this point.

There is still time for that to happen, don't worry lolSurprised they didn’t try to include the merchandise cart with the walls. You would assume they want people to spend $$ for walking all the way to the back of France for some bathrooms..![]()
The canopy in front of the ride entrance is just a canopy to define the courtyard in front of the attraction and obscure some of the odder views of the Eiffel Tower.I'm sure this has been answered already, but what exactly is that covered thing right in the middle of the area?
Originally I thought it was something to do with the creperie, but that's apparently a different building. Is it going to be seating for the creperie?

It and the overflow queue structure are inspired by the old Les Halles market. Definitely a lot smaller than their inspiration.Ah yes, I remember that now. To hide the Eiffel Tower views.
The canopy looks really strange. I have not seen anything remotely like that in Paris, at least not on such a small scale.

Exactly. "They usually exist at marketplaces, train stations, etc. covering a large area." This one exists covering a smaller area.Right, which is my point. That type of iron work canopy can be found in Paris (and London, and other European cities), but never on such a small scale, at least in my experience. They usually exist at marketplaces, train stations, etc. covering a large area. There would have been little reason to build one at that size, which is why it looks so strange (at least to me).
I'm sure someone will be able to pull examples of smaller ones on a similar scale somewhere, though.
