Not a joke...

That happens at all the resorts now. We have done it at POP. Right now they also have a "fancy" s'more kit for the 50th. https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2021...ueberry-smores-disney-worlds-got-you-covered/

I saw the show again last night and they made a lot of changes. More fireworks and the sound system is working better than last time. The finale is way better. Looks like the firework crew is improving the show. Will definitely go back again.

Cool to see changes happening to the show. It's half the reason why I continue to watch streams of it to this day because you never know what changes and what doesn't. I've noticed a few positive changes myself since it's debuted.

Also perimeter launches are back again. Unfortunately the Epcot Forever shells are also back again. You know what that means though, HarmonioUS is gonna come back with some changes in a couple of weeks. Wonder what will be different this time for version 3.0.

Given that Harmonious prequently get changes of pyro, i'll no surprise to see combined Harmonious and EF shells at finale.

I just thought about something. If I remember correctly, HarmonioUS (in a world where COVID never happened) was to debut in Spring 2020. How was Disney gonna successfully debut the show that soon?

Spring would end on June 21st and Epcot Forever debuted on October 1st. That's 9 months to get the show finished. The bases for the barges arrived in February (according to a YouTube video Disney used to have up on the main channel). This already cuts the time down to 4 months. When they were finished, it took 4 months for them to get all of the barges out into the lagoon. It took 2 months for initial pyro test to commence and another month for the full show to be tested.

Assuming that the show debuted a couple of week or so after testing in non-pandemic and non-50th anniversary environment, that leaves us with 7 months of development (and that's not counting the actual construction of the barges which I assume would have at LEAST taken a month or close to it).

So really that's 8 months of development. 8 months after February would have (ironically I guess you could say) put the show at an October 2020 opening date at the earliest.

College friend was at Epcot today (was asking me tips leading up to his trip and today) and they posted Harmonius on his Snapchat story -- seems lagoon perimeters are back after a couple days of being out

Also I asked him what he thought of the show, said it was pretty and cool, but he had like 5 drinks, so I took it for what it's worth lol.

As much as I hate the garbage in the middle of World Showcase, there was once a wand above SSE and a big hat in the middle of HS.

They’re not getting rid of them quickly but I don’t expect them to last unless they find a way to help them disappear (not likely).

I expect Chapek’s feeling pressure to improve things, and I suspect this is high on the list of things that should have been great (in their minds) that went wrong.

Just a guess 🤷‍♂️
