Not sure what is true or not, but Distwitter is discussing rumours that changes are coming that may involve adding Encanto to the show.

I don’t know that it goes here (though that’s logical and fast) but Chapek does want Encanto in the parks. Could be as simple as an elaborate M&G, though. Haven’t heard anything specific since it’s a new development.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Encanto added in. It won't fix the show and raise guest ratings, it just underlines that it is a clip show, which for many people is one of its biggest faults.

Rather than adding Encanto, i suggest the rework of the show to include characters that are more relevant to World Showcase and include the original songs of Harmonious, which means that any Disney films that are not relevant to WS needs to removed unless their respective country's pavilion having built. The characters could be including The Jungle Book (no India pavillion here unless getting built) or Hercules (no Greece pavillion here unless getting built).

That’s one of my pet peeves too, I thought they were going to highlight the pavilions there and make them part of the show. Nope. We get jungle book.

Take out Moana, Hercules, Jungle Book, add Brother Bear (Canada,) Frozen (Norway,)Tangled (Germany,) Pinocchio (Italy) and find something for Japan. Rework the France portion to remove BatB for pacing issues.

I agree with everything people are saying about this not fixing the issues with Harmonious. On the general point about wanting Encanto in the parks, it's logical and once upon a time they added shows and parades or at least a Meet and Greet before these films came out. Being so cautious about adding anything from the latest films to the park beyond the odd sand sculpture unless it's already a proven hit is a relatively recent development.
