Totally would love to be in WDW for the Sox Parade!!!!

Now, the Cubs need a WS win!!!
I'm an absolute die-hard Cubs fan (season ticker holder for as long as I can remember, good times and bad- mostly bad). If selling my soul to the devil would make the Cubs the World Champions, I would seriously consider my options. Unfortunately I have received no offers and until I do....We will wait till next year.

With that said, I am extremely proud of the Red Sox. As former brothers of the losing tradition and being a frequent visitor of Boston, I've always liked the Sox. Astounding worst to first finish, great chemistry, and great beards. This team meant so much to their city-more than any other champion in recent memory.

Who cares?

Somebody tell me when a team that's not the Cards, Yanks, Phillies, Red Sox or Giants win a World Series and maybe I'll actually care.

Umm...did you really put the Red Sox in this post? You're complaining because the RED SOX have won too many World Series??? They've won 3 since 2004...but let me ask you...how many in the past 75 years? Oh that's right...3! Ask past generations that lived their whole lives and never saw them win if they think the Red Sox win the World Series too much.

I am a die hard Braves fan. We tend to choke in the postseason. It is what we have become known for, sadly. The Red Sox are my second favorite team. The Sox make it work and that is what I love about them. They had players that could hit anything and came through at the best time. I love baseball, plain and simple.

One of my co-workers came to work yesterday in a Cubs jersey. We are surrounded by Cardinals fans and we are incredibly outnumbered when it comes to our teams. His brother plays for the Texas Rangers and the Cubs have tried to get him numerous times, but the Rangers will not let him go. So, the Cubs are trying to get people, they just haven't been sucessful.

Somebody a little sour about things? Not really sure how this comment fits into this thread, does not really answer the question asked, but thanks for trying.

who cares about championships won 80 years ago... trust me, I'm a Canadiens fan but every time the B's beat the Habs I'm not running around "we have 24 cups! 24 cups!"

Toe Blake and The Rocket aren't still putting up crazy numbers?

You will most likely see at least one member of the Red Sox lead the afternoon parade at WDW within the next few days. I would keep an eye on this web site and The Official Disney Blog for updated information.
