Rarely seen: Donald Duck

I was concerned last time we went to WDW becuase I had heard Donald was hard to find, and I love the guy... er duck. Hpwever we spent our first day at the AK and saw him three times, and once more as we were leaving the park. We also saw him at Epcot at a meet and greet we saw him several times at MGM (in front of the hat and right outside of who wants to be a millionaire. So if anything I thought he was easy to find.

Seriously though. Donald usually rides the double decker bus around the World Showcase. We hit that at a not too busy time last trip and got lots of pics with him. He's one of my favorites too-way too cute for his own good. I love his little butt in Philharmagic. :lol:

I only saw Donald once and that was at Chef Mickeys. Along with Chip, Dale, Goofy, and the main mouse himself. That's the best place to see the big guys in my opinion.

I never knew Donald was so rare around the parks. I know Daisy is. I wish I'd run into her! But we were lucky to meet Donald Duck 3 times on our trip last April:

Yup, they discontinued it this past fall, I think. The characters previously featured in Characters on Holiday now reside in Epcot's Character Connection.DisneyJill said:

Snow White can sometimes be found at the Magic Kingdom, in the little shady area between the entrances to Frontierland and Liberty Square. There's a little path that links the two of them together (not the central hub area with the Walt and Mickey statue), and she's there with Dopey. Sometimes.Peter Parker said:

Its funny this topic was started because the last time we were at WDW (JAN) we were talking about how of the Fab 5, that Donald seems to be the least popular now.
We almost wanted to buy this mini Donald hat we saw at the Crossroads grocery store just because it was so unique. But he actually isnt one of our favorites either but we were feeling sorry for the guy!
Although I do have a cool t-shirt that has a cartoon strip that shows Donald and then his expression when he realizes he hasnt been wearing pants all these years!

He's always been there for dinner at chef mickey's, I don't know about breakfast though, but we are going next month and have PS at CM's so we shall see.
