Hi guys!
I have no desire to go to work today My new manager arrived 2 weeks early and he is just nasty and rude. I left early on Monday because he upset me so much and luckily I was off yesterday....but today I have to go in. I am going to need all kinds of strength to make it through today.

he told me that I shouldn't have the job that I have because I didn't go through the proper steps to get it and that I didn't do an effective job at running the store for the past 3 months because we didn't make our sales plan.....then he told me that he is better than me becasue he has a master's degree...he shut up momentarily when I said I do too

From the way he acted the other day I think this is his true personality. If he is the same way today either he goes or I go. I don't need to have someone put me down at work.

No, you don't. Life's too short and work is too small a part of it to put yourself through something you hate like that. But hopefully you can have a conversation with him about your concerns before anyone makes a final decision.
