Potential updates to Avatar Flight of Passage

Despite the 'off the shelf' rides, Paradise/Pixar Pier is the best nighttime atmosphere in any domestic Disney park, and its not close.
I'd give that award to Disneyland's Pirates, Epcot's Mexico (both nighttime during the day), and MK's Adventureland or DCA's Carsland at night.

But I guess we all have different preferences.

I was going to say MK's Adventureland Frontierland areas and back in the day Mainstreet and Boardwalk pre LED changes and unkept show.
So there must be something to it.

Seeing Avatar is a pretty much going to be a resounding financial success story (even though some say it flopped) - does this FoP update idea have legs? Think AK is going to do anything with Way of Water, besides merch?

Keep Pandora open until at least 9 pm? 😂

So AVATAR: The Experience in Singapore has this AA Ikran (video clip of the AA in action in my video below), and with better lighting it could make a very nice addition to Animal Kingdom.

However it gets more interesting. As the company that made the exhibition along with Disney/Lightstorm, is called Victory Hill Exhibitions. And they are the same company that did the Avengers Station in Vegas, that was also partially featured at Innoventions at Disneyland from 2013-16 with Iron Man's Hall of Armor. So there has been cross collaboration in the past.

I theorised in my video that it could be brought to Pandora as part of maybe a Launch Bay-esk promotional exhibit for the future 3 AVATAR in 2024/26/28 to build hype.

Anyways just an interesting thought.

Sorry for the cheap plug 😂

Video is timestamped to start at the AA segment.

Out of curiosity, is there legitimately an area that has been eyed for expansion of Pandora at DAK? Looking at Google Earth, I can't find any areas significant enough in size for a new ride/attraction without significant alterations to back of the house operations.

The parking lot directly south of the land is considered an expansion plot.

We were not at all impressed by RSR, honestly. We had more fun on Incredicoaster…and wanted to hate Mission Breakout but simply
I'll say this, when I first saw the cheap overlay of the inside of the ToT building, I was immediately bummed. But then I rode it, and it's 100% more fun than ToT, even with the screenzzz.

I'm glad that ToT is still the same at dhs so that our yearly trip we can experience the different version (we're in San Diego so we're up at DL every few months).
