YesCan someone explain to me where in Tokyo Disneyland I'm looking at here. Is this taking over the Speedway?

So basically Tokyo is doing what I've suggested happens in MK. Torch the speedway in favor of something better. Wasn't there also a plan to move it's a small world? The cottage is in the location of the removed Star Jets. The rest is taking over the Speedway.
Originally, but the Alice in wonderland mini-land was scraped. And over at Tokyo DisneySEA, the Frozen land is delayed. So basically Tokyo is doing what I've suggested happens in MK. Torch the speedway in favor of something better. Wasn't there also a plan to move it's a small world?

It's too bad about Alice. The concept art was based off of the original film, and it could have been lovely (personally, I'm hoping for some of that to come to Florida). I think Shanghai made a major mistake by designing their Alice area to the Burton films. It's going to look very dated soon.Originally, but the Alice in wonderland mini-land was scraped. Ratatouille: The Kitchen CabaretI cant imagine them using kitchen calamity here, but stranger things have happened. They will probably keep it real simple like they have been doing as of late, which to me is boring, looking at you frozen ever after, ick. would have preferred olaf's adventures over that.
It almost happened.
I love this one too.Ratatouille: The Kitchen Cabaret
Well isn't that gorgeous. I will maintain my belief that part of the Speedway should be demolished for a detailed Alice maze.It almost happened.
To quote another Disney owned rat who loves food- "Mother always taught me: never eat singing food"Ratatouille: The Kitchen Cabaret
While I like the train station itself, this would have been much better than Storybook Circus
No doubt. And would blend much more smoothly with new fantasyland area, and the high level of detail there. Oh well.
So is the Rat for France a definite go, then?
According to @MansionButler84 Rat has the greenlight. @marni1971 says it will open in 2020
Both Rat and Mickey are currently coming.@marni1971 did Disney perhaps commit to buying so many of these LPS ride systems? A packaged priced for instance?? Maybe RAT has been chosen over the Mickey ride that was rumored for DHS for that commited LPS? Just a random thought.
