so its simple....im tired of negativity although it plays a part of humanity..it really bugs me when tangled restroom jokes abound...because by all means i would rather have an abandoned skyway shack. <<<(nutshell)

One of my favorite things is absorbing the ambiance. Each place has it's own unique feel, and I love it. Especially the MK. It's only been a week since I was there, but I already want to be back!

For me, it's the moment you step off the magical express and take in that first breath of stress free air. It is rivaled only by crossing over into the world showcase while on the way to the Biergarten for lunch, it's our first day tradition!

This is so refreshing! We've taken the 21 hour drive all but one of our trips, and pulling up to POR and stepping out into that Florida warmth is just amazing! Walking into the lobby is special after those drives!

On my last trip, we went to MK the day we arrived. Now we had flown all the way from the UK and had been awake for a long time by this point, and we were running on adrenaline. As we were walking to the buses back to AS Sports, I turned to my brother and said "Guess what - we're in Disney!" and we both had big smiles. So even though I had just turned 30 and my brother is in his late 20s, look at the effect WDW has on people like us, and you'll see why it's just so great to be there.

There are so many things I love about Disney. The "Welcome Home" when we check in, leaving the rest of the world behind us (the only thing I check in on are the furry babies back home getting spoiled by their grandparents), all the little details in the background that just add to the atmosphere (we like to guess the music playing which requires a lot of tuning out everything else around us), Aloha Isle (Yum ), and so on.

Stepping off the monorail at the MK stop for the first time and hearing the train whistle and bell as it approaches the station. It never gets old for me. I still get goosebumps every time.

I love that point where you have checked in, but you aren't quite to your room yet, and you are just walking around slowly...soaking it all in, knowing you have the whole week in front of you.

Walking through the turnstiles of MK and under the train station and seeing Main Street/Cinderella Castle for the first time on a trip. It's such an amazing feeling.

I love seeing the Walt Disney World welcoming arches. Also, the last time I went, I stayed on property. As one of the perks, I had the luxury of having my goodies sent back to the hotel gift shop. I did that the first time with some things I bought at Animal Kingdom. I didn't know how it worked, so the cashiers at Island Mercantile were kind enough to explain the process to me.

I Love it when it goes dark, right before Illuminations begins. Also when Mickey defeats his nightmare in Fantasmic and the fireworks look like they are shooting out of his fingertips on top of the mountain!

This might sound stupid but I'm really impressed by how they handle their trash. With the amount of people passing through the 4 gates everyday, and let's be frank some people are just nasty and WILL throw their trash anywhere, it's amazing how clean and tidy the parks are.
