So. Many. To. Pick! I could practically write a book about it!

- Going through the Walt Disney World arch with Mickey and Minnie
- The "Welcome Home" greeting
- Walking down Main St to the castle
- Going off to Neverland on Peter Pan's Flight
- The moment where it's your turn to meet your characters
- Taking off from the ground on Soarin'
- Wishes
- Illuminations
- First bites of Dole Whips, Ice Cream, Turkey legs, etc.

And above all, just being there!

I love spending mommy/baby girl time at WDW. l love that by age three she told me "I don't need a map mommy!" and has taken the lead on wherever we needed to go as soon as she was out of the stroller. (Even while in it she was pointing the way, lol.) Once when she was five she saw someone sitting on a bench next to us reading a map. She scooted over and gave them directions on how to find where they were going. Later that day we ran into them in a ride queue and they told her she was an excellent helper. It's moments like these, you know?

Thank you sir. You were an inspiration.
I love;
The nighttime parades at the Magic Kingdom
Star tours 2
Kilamanjario safari ;)
Eating at Morroco
The wizarding world of Harry Potter
Rip it Ride it Rock it

But most of all i enjoy spending two weeks with my DW thousands of miles from the real world just the two of us .. Just saying ..

The looking back at Earth scene at the top of SSE. That has always been one of my favorite few moments of any WDW attraction. Just the atmosphere & relaxation of it; simply beautiful. While my favorite musical score played during this scene was the original Tomorrow's Child instrumental, I've always enjoyed the different pieces that have accompanied this scene throughout the decades.

. Hopping in the car and leaving for 2 weeks of magic.
. Driving into the parking lot at Epcot and seeing SE looming up ahead!
. Walking up the ramp into Spaceship Earth.
. Going into Mouse Gear the first time on a trip and seeing all the neat new stuff.
. Test Track - when the doors open and out you go...............
. Catching the first of many Off Kilter sets in Canada.
. Thinking how lucky we are to be able to come every year!

I live in Georgia so we drive down...the feeling of being on that long drive but knowing where I'm going is SO GOOD!
Driving through the portal saying "Welcome to Walt Disney World" is FANTASTIC and then hanging out and going to bed that night before you start hitting the parks.
Aaaaaaah! So exciting!!!

OH WOW! So many things are all wrapped up in an incredible experience.
It starts when the trip is booked and adr's are made, oh what a feeling...
The countdown...enough to make your head explode (in a very NON negative way of course)
The night before arrival spent sleepless. The best night of non sleep ever!
ARRIVAL...Magical Express, our arrival "home"
The first walk down Main Street is as magical as the first. My heart still pounds with excitement...
The sweet smells of the world are ones I wish I could bottle up and take home.
There are just so many bits of wonderful and such little space....:D

Before having children of our own, we would enjoy the atmosphere and excitement of being in WDW.
Now that we have children, it is all about the huge smiles on their faces, and the great fun they have at WDW. Being able to share our love of Disney with them is priceless.

I agree with your first statement and look forward to the second!
It really is when you just get that "Disney feeling". It has been so long since I have been to a park, I hardly remember what it is like. But this time should be extra magical with our son for the first time. I don't know how much he will remember in the long run, but I am sure he will love it at the time (assuming he is not terrified of the characters).

The happiness when all your details are finalized
Watching cartoons on the magical express and hotel lobby like a big kid.
The rope drop ceremony at magic kingdom
Breakfast with Mickey shaped things
Those big blue skies over the castle.
The train at MK
Frontierland
Meeting Disney characters from their native land at Epcot.
Fish and chips in England
Feeling like you're in Hollywood when you're in DHS.
Walking down Main Street at dusk when all the lights on the shops are being turned on.

Right now, I really enjoy Typhoon Lagoon. The price for a single day admission doesn't nauseate me. I find it the perfect fill when on-property for a day or two pre- or post- cruise. There's so much fun! It's way up there on my list of Disney's best for overall level of detail...second to Disney's Castaway Cay, of course. Makes for an enjoyable day of thrills & relaxation in a highly immersive environment. Can't be beat when NOT on a dedicated, week-long WDW vacation.

Chili's
Also, the train room in the Wilderness Lodge Villas!

If anyone hasn't been there I highly recommend it. It's tucked away, there's rarely anyone there and it's a great place to simply relax and look at some fine train memorabilia from Walt Disney. There's comfy leather chairs, checkers, and A/C. Great place to take it all in:)
