Port Orleans Riverside room question

All moderates (including Port Orleans Riverside) feature in-room refridgerators at no extra charge. Just note that they are not "stocked mini bars" but rather your typical "dorm" fridge.

You should have had one. I have not stayed at CB since they installed them but at PORS they are fairly well camouflaged inside a cabinet that matches the furniture. I would imagine that the same would be true at CB.

All moderates now come with them. I think it is a necessity for anyone with kids or even without. We stock it with soda, water, juice and milk. I think this has happened within the past year or so. The value resorts offer them at a charge of $8 or so a night....highly worth it.

Up until a few years ago you had to ask for them and pay extra in the moderates, there was always a space for them in the cabinets but every room did not have one. Since about 2005 however they have been in all moderate rooms for free (by "free" I mean included in your room rate). If you check in and don't have one just call and they will deliver one.

They were standard when we stayed at POR in June 2006.
I believe all of the moderate resorts have them.

They've been as standard as carpeting and TVs at the moderates and deluxes since 2005 at the latest ... they rolled out this amenity in stages, ending in 2005.
