I have absolutely no info in my cell.. it's a smart phone but...lol.. I wont even be bringing it into the parks. The break from technology is nice for me!

I truly carry two cell phones, one for work and one personal. When I am at disney, I want to be able to carry a phone, in case I'm with others and we split up or something. I don't want work phone calls when I am on vacation, so I leave the work phone home. At my previous job, people did not respect your time when you were out of the office. I took my family on ski vacation and would have to work before going back up the lift; go up the mountain, ignore call on the way down, return call at the bottom, log on to laptop, work, go up the mountain, repeat. Never again, no matter how much I'm paid.

This is awesome!!! Mine isn't so much a binder as it is a clear folder with 4 separate sections. I really like your laminated cards idea!! Do you have your own laminator machine or do you buy the contact paper that's faux lamination? We have a bigger party for our upcoming trip, so I plan on putting together a folder with all the pertinent info (i.e. tentative schedule with ADR's, park hours, etc.).

But your binder gave me some really, really great ideas!! Have fun on your trip!!

I have a laminator..they are under $30 at walmart..I've had mine for over 6 years... I homeschool and we use it weekly..it's money well spent! and thank you. We had a huge group last time ( 21 of us) and I made a set ( of the card s NOT the binders) for each family. We did some meals together some not, we all had slightly different arrival and departure days so this was nice for remembering what meals we had together and such!

I see a trip to Walmart in my immediate future!! I see an at-home laminator and a stockpile of key rings taking up the last drawer in my plastic organizing bin!!

I love your binder, especially the laminated cards. I usually hand write index cards for each day. I like your idea better, also I think I am going to combine your idea with Crush's checklist....yea, I have a new project to help with my countdown!!!!!!! :)

This is such a great project idea! Thank you so much for sharing it. I have my 2013 Unofficial Guide, and my 2013 Passporter on pre-order, but this is such a great idea for more personalized planning. My trip isn't until Fall 2013 so I have lots of wait/planning time. I think I'll get a little crafty and do something like this myself. I really appreciate you sharing this with us!
